tasers should be desire any other weapon fired by guard. If you blast it the device keeps track and after the initial firing it's done and you are automatically on paid suspension just like when a guard officer fires his gun. Then cops would use it more carefully like it was intended for.

Why is Hungarian Crusader a racist? No one asked the muslims to get there country and go rioting in the west. If europeans started flocking to the mideast(not counting jews) and once there started rioting they would be called racist for that. Why is it allways europeans or americans who are called names. I m cut and i never see any pass with any weapon in the streets or in the metro.
